Team Development
A 10-member Management Team has already been working together for a long period. A new Management Team is used and implements a new style of leadership. Two members leave the team, and two join.
The result can be varied, misunderstandings sometimes originate in the communication, the group does not get on anymore as a team, and works with a rather "low or average performance“.
Team Development is appropriate!
A team development is undertaken for a longer period, so that the areas of development are worked on effectively, and the team can develop its "high performance“!

We find out together with you on which areas of development exist. Then we develop your training aims, such as:

- Building Block 1: Workshop for ascertaining the current state (1 day of Indoor)
- Building Block 2: Workshop for Teambuilding - Measure (1.5 - 3 days of Outdoor)
- Building Block 3: Workshop on the Communication and Feedback Culture (1 day of Indoor)
- Building Block 4: Workshop on the Stress-Management (1 day In or Outdoor)
