News Flash!

Since 2009 Bergwolf is one of the very few Institutions in Europe that is certified by the European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) to deliver Safety Training. Take the chance – “leap now for know-how!”

I. Safety Trainer's Training for High Ropes Courses and Adventure Parks

For more than two years a group of international expert's of the European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) have been working to develop a Europe-wide standardised and certificated comprehensive Training syllabus for Safety Trainers in Adventure Parks and High Rope Courses. Bergwolf was a member of this expert group and are now recognised as the first ERCA-certified Training Body of Safety Trainers in Germany!

A Safety Trainer as defined by EN 15567:2 is a “Rescuer”. Their responsibilities and duties are separate from that of an Instructor.

Government Agencies like the local accident insurance associations (amonst other things, responsible for the prevention of school accidents), in the case of accidents, will increasingly pay attention to whether the Adventure Parks and/or High Ropes Courses staff were adequately trained by ERCA certificated Training Bodies.

Since 2008 we have been offering Advanced Training for Team Trainers in our training centre in Scheidegg.
The course gives you more tools to better achieve your desired goals when working with groups, not only assisting you with the theory behind communication and systemic thinking, but also helping you to offer more targeted reflection and de-briefing processes, which help the group to learn from their experiences and transfer this to daily life.
But not only will your participants benefit from your advanced training, you yourself, by a better understanding of communication, will come across better, and understand others better as well.
