If you’d like to integrate a new employee as fast as possible, or to help a newly formed team “play the ball” in the right direction, and shoot a goal! Clarifying the framework for the Event
We need to know how many participant the event will have, the average age, and find out together where the event should take place and what (if any) preferences may exist.
Definition of the contents of the Event
Examples:
- Team-activities and games with moderated reflections; Indoors at a hotel / seminar centre of your choice
- Two days of Outdoors with orientation tour, Abseiling-activity, overnight stay in a hut and moderated reflections
- One day of Outdoors on the water with raft-building activity and moderated reflections
- Two days in the High Ropes Course with different team-activities, Outdoor-project and moderated reflections
